Music Industry School: BOOTCAMP – Training for Artists
I never realized just how screwed up the Music Industry is until I started working with this Music Industry School boot camp. What I learned is that nobody knows what the hell they’re doing and people still don’t get it. People still don’t get it, that
a) some artists are never going to give up at this
b) some labels need to quit now
c) some artists should quit
d) some artists really DO need help
e) some artists are afraid to work to get better
f) some artists would rather continue living in a fantasy world
What’s surprising to me is COUNTRY is the only genre I researched where the aspiring artists took extreme pride in their genre. Their recordings were better, they were cleaner, and obviously the songwriting is better. That’s because they are not as limited and do not abide in such confined space as most other popular genres of music.
I will begin to deal with the musical aspect of Bootcamp in the next 48 hours and post those videos soon. There are only three things I want to see artists do.
1) Analyze themselves and their music
2) Make a decision to improve, continue, or withdraw based on their assessment
3) Make damn good music
All of these things are covered in the basic video series….

okay so i read ur email im ready what do i have to do lets go
