Song Sharpener is designed to help you improve songwriting and write better songs faster. This songwriting tools takes the guess work out of writing a radio quality song that packs enough bang to stand up against the songs on Billboard Top 100.

This program will give you encouragement, inspiration, tips, techniques, lyric saving features, instrumental songs to practice songwriting, and word suggestions that other programs that normally cost $200 or more.

This program is for (3) different types of people in the industry:

1. From a songwriting point of view, you need tools that allow you to become a master wordsmith. You not only need to know words, but you need to know the language of today's generation.
2. From a music production point of view, you need competent singer/songwriters to pitch music and place songs, but they are so hard to find because songwriters easily fall into the trap of writing cliche' lines.
3. From an A&R point of view, you want to find solid singer/songwriters that can be signed to a publishing deal or directly to a label, but they already need to be prepackaged to a certain extent.

My philosophy is that when we have better songwriters, we can be exposed to better music - and it will be a lot harder to pick who's good and who's not.

It will be harder for existing artists to continue to release material if the "indie artists" have increased their value and the quality of their products by 50%. Within the next 4-5 years, I expect for the line between Major/Indie artists to blur to the point where Indie Artists sales are matching, if not exceeding Major Artists.

I will continue to find ways to improve the engine that drives this software for years to come, because it's necessary to have tools that are up-to-date; and no other software will give you this information.
